CHEERLEADING 2019-2020


Dear Parents,


Your child is interested in becoming a member of the Belleville West Cheerleading Program for the 2019-2020 school year.  If your child is selected to be a cheerleader, there are specific responsibilities and obligations which your child must assume in order to qualify, and remain a part of the squad, including mandatory summer camp.


After reading the attached tryout information and fully understanding the requirements and obligations, and after your child has a complete understanding of his/her responsibilities.  Please have your child complete and return the tryout application form on or before the start of tryouts on 3/21/2019.


There is a financial responsibility which includes uniforms, shoes, mandatory summer camp, camp wear, travel expenses and supplies.  Some but not all of the financial obligations are met by fundraising and money-making projects throughout the year. 


Being a member of the Belleville West Cheerleading Program has many rewards and is a valuable experience that your child will remember for a lifetime.  Additionally, your child will give pride and spirit to our school, students, and community through his/her participation.
