Date: Friday, June 21, 2019 

Location: The Orchards Golf Course, Belleville, IL 

Time: 11:30 am Registration begins 

 12:00 pm Lunch 

 1:00 pm shotgun start 

Format: 4-PERSON SCRAMBLE 

Flights: Tournament will be flighted accordingly 

Payouts: Prize amounts to be determined (based on 
number of teams) Long-drive contest, closest to 
the pin on par 3Õs 

Price: $100 per person 

Add-ons: Skin game and mulligans 

Food: An awards dinner will immediately follow at the 
Orchards 

Beverages: Water, soda, Gatorade, and beer on course
